Dominance War 5 Pre Competition







Whats up world. I'm back with a new contest update for u all to see. the contest was the Dominance War 5 pre competition. The goal of the competition is to build a low poly MMO character for a dominance war MMO game. Not to happy with the final progress of the character because of time constraints with school work.I definitely wanted to do more with the character. Since the winter brake just started be on the look out for massive art work updates. Also be on the look out for a major up and coming surprise in the quickly approaching future.

Walt although you have seen this yesterday, please give me some feed back about what you think. LOL.

Long time no post



Long time no post folks. just want to let u all know that i am still around I have some updated work on the Croucher and a upcoming game that I am currently working on. the first on is the Croucher with the chains and metal glove. And the second is the main character for the up coming game. He is still a work in progress. There will be more info on him and on the game later. For now he is known as Damion.

Quick Udate................




Nothing yet worth seeing other than my new progress as an artist. I finally understand the displacement technique and how to use it. Just wanted to show off the progress a newly found technique. In the past I tried this technique and got no results. Now all I got to do is learn how to clean it up. I now know the problem. Well, be sure to leave me comment on your thoughts folks. Again this is just a test to test a displacement map on a low poly mesh.

OH, p.s. I finaly learned how to use displacement maps on low poly meshes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....................................

I was taking a little brake from the Croucher and also to give me a worm up before getting back to work on the sculpt. Whats up fellow threaders here is an update of Project Croucher. I have to add the tentacles and the left elbow bone which will be sticking out of his arm, but so far this is the base mesh of the Croucher. After I add the chain and gun Ill be ready to Z brush. Also there are tweaks and updates to be made as well so keep an eye for them

Project Croucher Head Concept.



Here is Project Croucher's head concept. Its not yet done but for the most part this is it. If you notice it sort of resemble the resistance enemy from resistance fall of man (WHICH IS ONE OF MY FAV. GAMES) . As of now that's what I want the Croucher's head to look like. The head will have scraps of metal armored plates over it for a more war based creature.

Please Help Me Pick





Well folks I am now at 2:46 am trying to come up with the gun for my character but I cant decide.... Well for now Ill keep sketching and When I am done Ill do the final gun with the chain attached, but if any suggestions let me know folks.........

Long Time No Post.......




Whats up world, This new character is my boss battle project. Yup, thanks to Walt I have decided to join the world wide boss battle contest. So far this is what I have for the concept art. There will be more tomorrow. Also this is no the final gun sketch but this is a hard draft of the gun that will be chained to is back wrapping around the body. Also this character will have scattered bits of armor over part of the body including the head. Also the Gubrella project is still in progress. He will be on hold for the moment due to The boss battle.

Tube Work and Small Tweaks




Here is an update on my Current character. Here i Have the tube on him and they are still under construction. Also there are minor teaks withe the legs. I made them thicker for a more intimidating feel. At the current moment this is what I have, next I have to add the gun and other small things before z brushing.

Watta Night......



Hello world I have small update to the new character. To day my laptop port had caved in so it mad it harder to achieve even the smallest update that I do have, but Lucky me my sister loaned me her laptop until mine is repaired so shouts out to little sis, Tiara. Until I install photo shop you wont be able to see any close ups but for now this is what I have. Its still in progress and is by far from done. The main thing I am going to do is make the clamps in between the legs joints thicker.

Check out the gear....



Well here is some small and minor update on the up and coming character. of course there are new mesh features done to it. At the moment they are still in progress. Also from the front the head is a little slimmer than before. Also the eyes are white to highlight the features. In all I think it looks more disturbing.

Another Update / E Loop




Just got finished with the arms and hands. So far its going smooth. there is no triangles in the mesh so far.

The mesh is extremely low poly so that makes me happy. I am loving the current progress at the moment and I noticed that my skills have increased withe the edge looping process. Gotta get back to works so leave me a comment. Peace.

Edge Looping The Next Portfolio Mesh


Hello world, about 25 minuets I started the edge looping process of my next character and so far I am happy with the process. so far in there is no triangles at in the current mesh.

YAY !!!!!!!!!

This makes me happy because it show progress in my edge looping skill. Keep an eye out for more the next update. Oh yea there are tweaks to be made.

Character Update..... / Nickolai


Hello world, not Much to say here other than I am happy with the progress of my next and upcoming model. Its still in progress but the only thing I am trying to figure out is if I want the gun to be at torso height or at the bottom of him...........

Other than that here is the progress of Nickolai he is still a work in progress but for now I will work on the next character a while. Don't get me wrong I am still going to finish Nickolai. At the moment I am currently working on his pouches.

Another Nickolai Update 4......

NEW CHARACTER UPDATES/ Nickolai Update




Here are some new character updates. The 2d art is my next 3D model. Its still under construction. The character is suppose to be extremely mechanical with a humanoid torso. In the glass chamber the organs, bones, and cartilage will be displayed. Also the chamber will be filled with a blood and pus base fluid to add to its abominable base feel. There will be more updates on this character. The other pics are Nickolai updates I have worked on the drape, armor, gloves, and Eyes a bit. The poly paint is far from done but for now this is what I wave. I still Have to ad pigment to the skin and armor coated textures to the armor. Also fabric and leather textures to the gun strap, gloves, and drape. So far Every thing is still under construction.

Nickolai Update Leg Armor 2 .........


Here is a Nickolai texture update on the gloves, shoes, legs, armor, and gun strap. The leg armor is still in progress. As of the moment the armor plate is to shiny and that do to the specular and texture map I have going on.

Another Poly Paint Update.




Here is another update on Nickolai's poly paint. I am still at it and can't wait to finish the model over all.

NICKS POLY PAINT JOB.........


Not much to say here, but I started Nickolai's poly paint. At the moment his neck and head is the focus of the poly paint. Also i got to give the skin a realistic skin texture. I Also have to spray on the skin pigments.
